Walk the Rock Pub Crawl: Saturday, September 13th, 2025 – 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. Come test your luck with a poker themed pub crawl! Proceeds will go towards the Rock Island Fire Department Safe Kids Car Seat Program, a part of Safe Kids Worldwide. With certified child passenger safety technicians, the RIFD hosts care seat checkup events, offering guidance on proper installation and usage. Prepare for a day of fun and competition with this “roll of the dice” chance to win some great prizes! Enjoy local favorites, amazing drinks and specials, food trucks and music. Start at a participating bar listed below, where you pick up your playing hand. Participants include: Kavanaugh’s Hilltop, Radicle Effect Brewerks, Sallie’s, Tim’s Corner Tap, Quarter Til Tap, Skylight Luxury Lounge. Receive playing card from bartender. Pull two cards from deck of cards, choose one to add to your hand and have bar stamp that card on your sheet. The best hand at end of event will win designated prizes. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

Augustana College Hilltop Business Community Open House: Thursday, September 18th, 2025 – 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Gerber Center for Student Life, 3435 9 1/2 Avenue, Rock Island. Promote your Hilltop business to Augustana students, faculty and staff. Set-up a display table to promote and market your local business.
